We facilitate the onboarding of clients to InstaForex's global trading platform, assist with account management, and provide localized support in Urdu and English. ForexNetwork does not operate as a broker, financial advisor, or fund manager.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be a resident of Pakistan or a jurisdiction where online forex trading is legally permitted.
• Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Not be subject to any sanctions, legal restrictions, or court orders prohibiting financial trading.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and verification.

4. Our Services

ForexNetwork provides the following representative services on behalf of InstaForex:

• Assistance with trading account registration and KYC verification.
• Guidance on deposit and withdrawal processes via local Pakistani payment channels.
• Educational support regarding the InstaForex trading platform (MT4/MT5).
• Promotional and bonus information as authorized by InstaForex.
• Urdu and English customer support for InstaForex-related queries.

All actual trading accounts, transactions, and funds are held directly with InstaForex. ForexNetwork does not hold client funds at any time.

5. Risk Acknowledgement

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Forex and CFD trading carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for all investors.
• You may lose all or more than your initial investment. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.
• ForexNetwork does not guarantee any profit or specific trading outcome.
• All trading decisions are made solely by you and at your own risk.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using our services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
